The hotel was always neat and clean, with prompt service, but it fell slightly below our expectations. The staff was good, though.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were always neat and clean, and the staff was ready to provide prompt service for anything I needed. The location is superb, close to Kolukkumalai, the best tea estate in Munnar, making it a perfect choice for exploring the area. The dining experience was very good with a great variety of cuisine options. However, the hotel had a bad smell issue that was quite off-putting at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, although old and worn out, were surprisingly comfortable and had an amazing view of the surrounding hills and the nearby lake. The service was attentive and accommodating. The location, despite being a bit difficult to reach due to construction, offered a tranquil setting with greenery all around. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of dishes. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
